User Conduct
By using Simulizi Kitaa, you agree to abide by the following rules and guidelines:

Eligibility: Users must be 18 years of age or older to use the Application.
- 2.
Account Sharing: Sharing accounts is not permitted and may result in account suspension or termination.
- 3.
Privacy and Consent: Creators are not allowed to reference real names of individuals in their stories without explicit consent from the individuals involved.
- 4.
Content Integrity: Users are prohibited from copying or stealing the work of creators. Likewise, creators are not allowed to plagiarize or infringe upon the work of other creators.
Content Ownership
- 1.
Creator's Ownership: Creators retain full ownership of the stories they create. If a creator chooses to delete their story, all users will lose access to that content.
Updates and Changes
- 1.
Notification of Changes: We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions, primarily concerning creators, as needed. Users will be responsible for reading the updated terms and conditions. While we may provide notifications regarding changes or additions, it is not guaranteed.
Account Termination
- 1.
Consequences: In the event of account termination, whether initiated by the user or Simulizi Kitaa, users should be aware that they will lose access to their accounts, including all purchased content, earnings, and wallet balance. There will be no refunds for terminated accounts.
Payment and Refunds
- 1.
Refund Policy: Refunds will be processed within 1 to 5 business days for valid refund requests. Refunds will not be issued for accounts that have been deleted.
- 2.
Earnings and Withdrawals: Creators may withdraw earnings from their accounts based on the terms outlined in the creator program. Withdrawals are subject to any applicable fees.
- 3.
User-Generated Content: The Application may contain user-generated content, including comments, reviews, and discussions. Please note that we are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or quality of this content, and users are encouraged to report any content that violates our guidelines.
General
- 1.
Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Simulizi Kitaa regarding your use of the Application and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements.
